Do I need to book in advance or can I just show up on the day?
Booking is essential as the place is small and we therefore have limiting seating available. We also need to know how much food to prepare. If we are at full capacity we can add you to the waiting list.
Do I have to pay in advance?
Yes, select Full Tasting Menu, Children's Menu or A La Carte. The A La Carte Menu will be a £10 credit, the rest can be paid in cash or card on the day.
Booking online is preferable but we also accept bank transfers which can be arranged by calling us: 07551524625
Drinks (after the complimentary drinks) can be purchased on the day, cash or card.
Can I bring my children
Yes, all ages are welcome. Children 5 years and under eat free of charge, select Children under 6 when booking. For children 6 years and over, select Children's Menu.
What happens if it rains?
We hope to eat outside, in the event of light rain we hope to continue with the asado, we have a big canopy or (depending on guest numbers) we can move to the house. In the case of heavy rain the event will have to be postponed. You can either transfer your booking to the new proposed date or get a full refund.
Is this event held in a private property?
Yes it is a private property, it’s our family home and garden in Bromley, not in a cafe or restaurant
Are we registered to sell food and alcohol?
Yes we are registered in Companies House as Cookiewise Limited and have an alcohol selling licence. We have been inspected by Lewisham Council and have been graded 5 out of 5 for food hygiene.
Allergies and gluten-free diets
Please tell us if you have an allergy, or if you do not eat gluten, we will try to accommodate your diet. Most of the dishes are gluten-free (all grilled meats, fish and vegetables), salads and some desserts.
